Text Feed Action - Sender and Recipients

On the second screen of the wizard, you define the sender and the recipient of the feed. Click on

Configure user to configure the sender.

For the recipients, the following options are available: With the setting Show the feed in the personal feed and in the news you determine that the feed will be displayed on the personal page of a specified user, and in the news which can be accessed from the Home icon in Intrexx Share.

Please note, the personal page of a user is similar to a personal diary, and should therefore not be „diluted“ with general content.

Click on

Configure user, to configure the user.

In the Visibility section, you can specify whether everyone, only the selected user, contacts of the selected user, contacts of contacts of the selected user, or other users can see the text feed. Click on

Configure user, to setup additional users as recipients.

With the option Show the feed only in the news, the feed will only be displayed in the news. If the option is selected, users can also be defined here by clicking on

Configure user. Click on Next.
