Processes - User Switch Action - Select User

Click

Select User to directly access a list of all users and groups from the Intrexx user management.

The option User from system value requires the content of the system value, which can be defined by clicking

Edit system value, to contain a user GUID.

A user who publishes a process with a user switch action must possess sufficient permissions to do so. Normally, the user will inherit sufficient rights from belonging to the Administrators user group.
