Overview for Application Licences

By clicking on

License information, you can inform yourself about the publisher and notes regarding the license.

The second column informs you of the licensing status of the individual applications with the following icons:

A valid license key exists for this portal.

There is a valid key in the License Manager that at the moment has not been assigned to a portal or no valid key exists.

By clicking on the link to Enter license key, the application may be licensed.

If you possess administrative rights (Extras / Administration Logins in the menu) to the portal server and a valid key exists in the License Manager that has not yet been assigned to a portal, you will be asked whether you wish to use this key. If you wish, the key will be automatically assigned to the current portal.

If you do not have administrative rights to the portal server, the dialog to enter a new license key will open.
