By clicking on General, the setting to Show server selection dialog at startup allows you to define whether the dialog to select a server will be shown whenever the Portal Manager is started.

In addition, you have the ability to retain the sizes of dialogs when they differ from the standard dimensions. Also, the setting Remember dialog dimensions can be set here.
