If you highlight a portal in the Portal dependent licenses area,
on the right-hand side, only the licenses will be shown that have been
assigned to this portal. If you want to register additional licenses,
please click on Enter a license in the lower right of the dialog, or select Enter license from
the context menu.
Please note that modifications will take a few minutes
to take effect or require a re-start of the portal server.
