number of data records to be returned can be entered here.
For Sorting, sorting fields can be selected in the lower area. Move the
desired fields with the help of the
arrow buttons from the Available Fields
list to the Selected Sorting Fields list.
The sorting order can be changed via the context menu of the symbol
next to the name of the sorting field.
