With the Current user option, the e-mail address of the current user will be queried from the
User Manager and entered as sender.
Person responsible for the application
If the Person responsible for the application option is selected, the e-mail address of the
person responsible for the application will be entered. This refers to the user, who has most recently
saved the application to which the process belongs.
Static address
With the Static address option, a static email address of your choice can be entered.
Address from data field
The Address from data field option allows a data field to be used as a dynamic sender list.
Default sender from e-mail service configuration
With the Default sender from e-mail service configuration setting, the user that has been entered with
name and e-mail address into the E-mail service configuration in the Tools module will be used as sender.
System value
With System value, request values, session values, values from the processing context, from system data groups,
or user values can be set as sender. Click on Edit system value.
Use alternative sender address
The Use alternative sender address option can be used to specify an address to be used when an email address is not defined or contains errors.
