You can choose a color for the guide in the Color area, such as to highlight the month of June in the chart.
The entire area will be highlighted if the Color complete area option is selected.
Enter the interval (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly) in the Series pattern area.
The Series duration can be restricted in the lower area of the dialog box. The Ends after option allows you to specify
the number of repetitions, after which the highlight will no longer be shown. If no end date is selected, the highlight runs throughout the entire chart.
No guides can be defined for pie, funnel, or XY charts.
