Refer to a Velocity file in the application

In the properties dialog box, you are able to reference an existing Velocity file from the application package, by clicking

Select Velocity file, or create a new one.

All Velocity files from the application package are stored to the portal directory
\internal\application\store\<AppGuid>\resources.

Refer to a Velocity file on the server

The option to Reference existing Velocity file on the server references an existing Velocity file that must be available on the server. Clicking

Copy Velocity file from server to application package opens the Velocity file manager, in which you can select a Velocity file.

To use this element, you need to have experience with scripting languages and ideally also in Java development. United Planet does not provide any support for the use of VTL in Intrexx.
